Furthermore, after placing a takeout order, I was forced to wait for a staggering 1.5 hours. When I inquired about the status of my order, I received irresponsible responses that left me questioning their service. Eventually, I discovered that they had failed to record my order due to system issues. The manager's solution was to suggest that I return for a complimentary meal next time, rather than offering a refund. This lack of basic operational competence was unacceptable.
Additionally, the lack of communication among staff and with waiting customers was concerning. Many people were left unaware of the progress, resulting in wasted time and frustration. The lack of transparency highlighted their inadequate management and disregard for customer satisfaction.
Overall, I was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at KIN Food Court in Pacific Place. The high prices, lengthy wait, system issues, and lack of accountability all pointed to significant management problems. I strongly advise against dining there unless one is willing to tolerate poor service and management.
