To be very honest, both the food and service here did not live up to my expectations.The food was OK, but certainly not the quality I’d have expected from a lunch priced at around $1000 per head. As for the service, I guess they TRIED to follow what the other fancy Japanese restaurants are doing but miserably failed LOL For instance, the server responsible for our table introduced the dishes one by one in the beginning of the meal, however, his voice was so soft that we could barely hear what he said. And when we did, he would switch from Cantonese to English when telling us what the main ingredients of the dish were, which didn’t help at all and we ended up using google translate to translate the Japanese words to English...
