Saw some good reviews online but disappointing experience…. The beef seems to be straight out of the fridge without defreeze, very chewy. Wagyu was a bit better but still below average. Soup is so salty. And the salt in the sauce dish is all clotted lolll seems like it’s been there for weeks at least. Service was not great either. I asked for hot water and the water was not hot, and the waiter didn’t pour the water for me, instead, gave me the entire thermo….Costed ~1k HKD for 2 people… for such
