Went there celebrating friend's birthday, a round table with 10 of us... I went to the restaurant at 24/f for dim sum once, and found the environment pretty decent. Since this establishment is at the same place just a floor higher, i expected it to be rather pretty.. however, maybe due to interior decor, the restaurant feels much more downscale. The distance between tables are very close and we almost have to excuse the table behind us when walking in and out of our seats. If you're looking for

XO sauce with beef spare ribs - dont you EVER touch that dish. i had to literally spit it out. it's WAYYYY too salty. nobody touch the plate after 3-4 of us tried and gave a disgusting look.
steam eel with black bean sauce - it's rather tasty. but $98 for 6 slices?
fried dishes 3 ways - . things nicely fried.. not bad
fried milk - nice dish, normal portion and great texture.. however the taste of milk isn't very pronounced
dirty chicken - nice texture of chickens, taste on the mild side (maybe my tastebuds were already numbed...)
deep fried squid - just like the beef spare ribs.. yick... yuck....
There are some other dishes but they are just mediocre..
Service: from terrible - normal
1. They gave us the wrong dish: we told them that the dish is wrong and initially the waitress was like 'but you ordered this'. We had to insist that it was not what we order and it took them some investigations before removing the dish from our table
2. Cake cutting: sorry, i don't cut cakes pretty, please cut by yourselves
3. Tea: they mix up the teapots very often
4. Attention: took eternal waving - actually dance in our seat to get attention of waiters
overall i wouldn't go there again..
