Dim sum is absolutely one of the most popular Cantonese cuisine yet it requires great technique to make. In general the steamed dim sums here were seasoned and cooked on point. Fresh shrimps. Juicy siu mai. Bouncy beef balls.
The fried veggies were nicely prepared. Crispy on the outside and piping hot inside. Chili peppers were pretty spicy.
