◆Fried Rice With Assorted Meat & Conpoy Wrapped in Lotus Leaf
◆Dessert (Walnut Sweet Soup, Red-Date Pudding, Seasame Roll)
Highlights of the menu include the rich and intense soup packed with bird nest and chicken essence. Crab shell stuffed with fresh and delicate crab meat was a standout. Sichuan beef made with marbled local beef was cooked on point, served with potato noodles, thinly sliced lotus root and black fungus in a spicy broth. Fried rice mixed with dried scallop and crab meat had completely absorbed the aroma of lotus leaf.
On top of the scrumptious course, we ordered half grilled chicken and stir-fried shrimps with salted egg yolk from the a la carte menu. The chicken skin was thin and crispy while the meat was mildly salted. The shrimps were crunchy with a flaky batter coated in savory salted egg yolk.
