I haven’t have this steam seafood for a long time so when my friend suggested to eat this type of food, I was so excited. This restaurant is located on the first floor of a hotel. The place is spacious and comfortable. The staffs were nice and friendly. Me and my friend ordered a set which includes a wide range of seafood. We ordered the preserved veggie with pork rib congee as our base, the staff will steam the seafood on top so that the juice will mix with the congee. First we had the steam eg
We ordered the preserved veggie with pork rib congee as our base, the staff will steam the seafood on top so that the juice will mix with the congee.
First we had the steam egg with black truffle, the egg didn’t take long to cook. It was so smooth that it just slip through my throat. The black truffle tasted so good with the egg.
Then we had the clam and abalone, that took awhile to cook. The abalone was soft and easy to chew. It juicy and sweet. The clams were also soft and juicy.
I really enjoyed the razor clam, the vermicelli absorbed all the juice and tasted so good. The razor clam was soft and and tasted so good with the black truffle garlic seasoning. It was chewy but so yummy.
The crab was so sweet and meaty. The staff cracked all the bone already so it was so easy for us to eat.
The fish pieces were fresh and meaty. It was so smooth.
The cuttlefish ball was crunchy, it tasted good on its own.
My favourite was the beef! It didn’t take long to cook it and the texture was tender and juicy.
The veggies were crunchy and easy to chew.
The congee was amazingly good, it absorbed all the seafood juice. The congee was soft and full of flavour.
To finish up, we had some Chinese dessert. It was sweet and the beans were soft.
