Firstly we ordered the oyster hotpot. This is a very interesting dish. The vegetable and the oysters were boiled on the spot to yield a very delicious soup. The oysters were really fresh and really enhanced the taste of the soup. It was a great start to our meal.Following that we ordered the clams. Following that we ordered the clams. As the name of the dish goes it is a dish whereby the clams are cooked in japanese wine known as sake to bring out its flavour. Personally I have very low tolerance alcohol thus I did not finish the alcohol hence I went for the clams only. Even so, it was really tasty and the clan would carry a light hinge of the taste of the sake. (Not for the faint!)
Next came the scallop. For fans of seafood, this is a good option to choose!
Personally, what really took the cake for me was the lobster that came in the end.
This lobster dish had two parts to it. Firstly, meat of the lobster tail was separated from its shell and finely prepared by the chef before being topped with sea urchin (most mouth watering😋) and the second part is whereby the head is re-BBQ again before being served hot to us again. 
Although a little on the pricey side, it was an exceedingly pleasant experience overall and I will definitely pay a visit again!
