Dear Jamie,I wish you could personally read this...I've been looking forward to going to one of your restaurants for a long time...and I will not go to the UK… but I did this afternoon, in Hong Kong. I wish I could write a really nice review after a great meal. The pasta with clams was truly delicious , mostly because of the fresh , al dente pasta...and the light sauce....yum !!Other than that , too bad I don't have much to say...the vibe , the music and things are not like the jamie I know on t

Other than that , too bad I don't have much to say...
the vibe , the music and things are not like the jamie I know on tv…who does not do the meticulously decorative things but who cooks real, quality food ...authentic Italian food is more about hearty food ...
even the brownie, which is a very basic dessert, was not the real deal ...
maybe I will go back for a good pasta but that's it...
