Located in Central, the restaurant is located in a building in the wet market. It's a bit hidden but it does have a lovelh view of the streets below.

On weekdays, they have a rotating lunch menu where you can find a few of their signature items. Menu is in English only. You can choose a 2, 3 or 4 course set. As it was my first time, I decided on a 4 course set.

The lunch begins with an Amuse Bouche of Vegan Sea Urchin on Flax Seed Crackers. A small little mouthful, the sea urchin caviar was a cashew cream with a slight umami taste. The cracker was nice and soft so this whole thing melted in your mouth.

Appetizer was Chaviar with Quinoa Blini and Cashew Sour Cream. Something I had been interested in was their vegan caviar. It's actually chia seeds with flax seed oil. A good hit of saltiness you get from caviar was well replicated here. I thought this was ingenius. The blini was soft and pliable. The sour cream, though made from cashews, didn't impart a lof ot nutty flavour. It had the right amount of sourness and it was very very creamy and thick.

Main was Loaded Flax Crepe with Wild Mushrooms, vegan Parmesan cream (or rawmesan) and thin strips of eggplant that had a slight smokey taste like pancetta. Yes, it really was loaded. A side of fresh salad was served on the side. The crepe was soft and nutty. The wild mushrooms gave a good earthy taste. And the cream? WOW was it creamy. Thick and extremely filling.

My third course was the Daily Cheese: Smoked Vegan Cheddar, with Fruit Chutney, Mutiseed Cracker, Keto Bread and Grape. This is something I wanted to try as I saw they had a shop in K11 Musea but it wasn't exactly cheap. I just wanted a taste. I've often found vegan cheeses to not be appealing. It's often been dry or tasteless. It just wasn't the same. But here I was amazed. The cheddar had that strong smelly taste that I love about mature cheeses. Possibly the best vegan cheese I've ever had. And if one closed your eyes, you'd think it really was cheddar. I loved the mutliseed cracker. It was crisp and hard. A perfect vehicle for the cheese. The fruit chutney was sweet and fruity like a fruit cake. I'm also never a big fan of keto bread but this was quite good. Almost like a sourdough. I still wouldn't go keto but this was ok in small portions.

Finaly the Daily Dessert was a Mango Cheesecake. Paired with fresh  blueberries and little bits of mango jelly, the cheesecake was one of the creamiest I'ver ever had. Not enough mango but it was quite nice. Most interesting was tthe little fruit roll on top. Like a fancy version of a fruit roll up.

Beautifully plated was a given. But the most interesting was the showcase of vegan food that goes beyond just a salad and mushroom bolognese. Items were creative and different. Really showing that vegan food can be creative. I love it and would return again.
