Classic beef brisket noodles ($118): Highly recommend! The knife cut noodles are the bounciest since they were frozen before cooking to prevent overheating /softening, the special spicy butter mixed into the broth gives it a slight kick that I cannot get enough of🤤2. Aburi eel cheesy egg crepe ($178) cheese was not TOO molten but appreciated the crisp

1. Classic beef brisket noodles ($118): Highly recommend! The knife cut noodles are the bounciest since they were frozen before cooking to prevent overheating /softening, the special spicy butter mixed into the broth gives it a slight kick that I cannot get enough of🤤
2. Aburi eel cheesy egg crepe ($178) cheese was not TOO molten but appreciated the crispy surface of the seared eel
3. Signature lou rou fan($68) good ratio of lou rou and rice( hate when theres not enough meat) and half half fat and lean meat which was good
4. Signature crispy chicken($128) chicken was juicy and it was fun to be able to dip into 3 diff sauces( truffle, yuzu and Tom yum), my fav was the yuzu !
