After several pop-up stores all around HK, @cookie.dpt finally opened its own store in Central this year, so we HAD to pay a visit when we were in the hood. The space was thoughtfully designed with a roomy outdoor seating area (ideal for people watching) and semi-futuristic vibes inside. The space was almost packed when we visited on a weekday afternoon, so we secured our seats before heading to the cashier to place our order As the cookies are notably large, we shared one between the two of us.

As the cookies are notably large, we shared one between the two of us. It was served hot to our table and we tried to slowly savour each chewy bite. I dare say this is probably my favourite flavour, as the thick oats added a contrasting crunchiness to the soft moist dough without being too hard or dry

The matcha latte here is made in collaboration with @matchali, another popular local brand that just opened its first flagship store on Star Street last month (still have to check that out!)
The flavour is more on the natural bitter side (but that’s because they use minimal sweeteners for maximum health benefits), which makes them a perfect pair with the cookies
