1. This is the first time ever that I have something that is bigger than it looks on the menu! It is usually the other way round. And it is only HKD$48!!! Can’t complain with the huge portion and high quality of food!2. The chicken soup definitely lives up to its fame. It’s no ordinary MSG soup, but hearty soup that is made with lots of chicken. 2. The chicken soup definitely lives up to its fame. It’s no ordinary MSG soup, but hearty soup that is made with lots of chicken. Flavoured but not salty at all. I drank all of it and did not feel a bit thirsty.
3. Generous portion of fish swim bladder. Even though I am not a big fan of it, but I finished them all for the sake of wanting to have good skin. It is said that fish swim bladder is rich in collagen.
4. A whole chicken leg on top of the noodles. How amazing is that!!! Meaty, tender, yummy.
5. The noodles is a bit too soft though, even I like soft noodles. If you are not a big fan of fish swim bladder, there are plenty of options with this amazing chicken soup base (even cheaper!) on the menu.
