To match the Halloween theme, they have promoted a new noodle with black garliic soup and charcoal noodles and charcoal fried chicken.The soup was quite fragrant from the garlic.However, I am not sure does the charcoal affect the texture of the noodle or was it simply cooked too long. Despite I chose the noodle to be firm, my noodles actually were quite soft when I had it(not soggy but nowhere close to firm).Moreover, maybe the garlic from the soup was already very strong. Moreover, maybe the garlic from the soup was already very strong. There wasn't much garlic flavor/aroma for this fried chicken though it was still quite juicy.
