Deluxe 6 course lunch setHokkaido scallop and sea urchin were so fresh and juicy. Wagyu beef tartare covered with uncooked egg. Beef was raw and smooth. Salmon sushi was yummy and Japanese grilled eel rice with lemon zest was still warm when I was eating. It was so considering. The most impressive thing was the great view of balcony at the restaurant. It was amazing.
