I had my belated birthday dinner with my friends in Frites . I want mussel and that’s why we chose Frites.The atmosphere is surprisingly good when I came there . However , the taste of the mayonnaise can be stronger. The mussels are very big in size ! The chef controlled the cooking time very well . The mussels are soft and fresh . I can even taste the sea water . The sauce is average . It would be great if the taste of white wine is stronger .

The waffle with egg white cream is really eye catching ! We were attracted by the burned egg white . There are icecream inside the cream and the chocolate sauce at the bottom. It’s a bit too sweet for me but it’s a great full dot for the evening
