气氛超适合聚会的比利时菜餐厅啤酒屋，分店挺多，室内装潢如同抵达了霍格沃茨。·主打比利时青口锅和啤酒，份量和出品都挺不错，赶上happy hour当然还是要喝一杯的。工作日晚上人气也很高，当晚除了我们还有好几桌在庆祝生日。·【SALMON TARTARE】三文鱼挞挞混合青瓜粒和渍物，调味十分清爽。·【AUBERGINES PARMIGIANA】大片柔嫩的茄子覆盖以拉丝芝士，在红酱中焗烤，芝味香浓又不腻。·【HOUSE MUSSELS】招牌菜青口锅有很多种口味的酱汁选择，我们选择最classic也是最清爽的香草番茄蒜香，一口热腾腾的大锅端上来，香得大脑都要不受控制了。·青口算不上特级，但新鲜程度和入味都相当好，肉质弹嫩多汁，本身的鲜甜顺着温暖的汤汁滑进口中，很快我们每个人面前都堆起了一座青口壳的小山。·搭配了炸薯条和酸种面包，后者还是Bakehouse出品，用它轻松解决剩下的汤汁，完美。·【SEAFOOD LINGUINE】意面口感是地道的al dente，虎虾带子青口的鲜甜裹上了白酱浓郁又creamy的咸香，虽然青口有点重复，不过正正好蛋白质大餐一次吃爽。·【WAFFLE BOMB ALASKA】不胜在精致，而主打一个造型豪横，仿佛上来了一座雪山，不过顶上的一圈圈其实不是奶油，而是轻盈得像丝丝棉花糖一样的蛋白霜，即使吃完也没有什么腻感。·香草和巧克力冰淇淋还有巧克力酱多重浸润着厚墩墩的华夫饼，冰火两重天的口感给姐妹的生日晚餐画上了sweet ending。

Date night with my boo to celebrate Valentine’s Day. The mixed fruits, seemingly canned, combined with mayonnaise, remind me of the 茶记杂果沙律the combination doesn’t pair well✨𝕄𝕦𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕝𝕤✨$275 𝑭𝑹𝑰𝑻𝑬𝑺 𝑯𝒐𝒖𝒔𝒆 (1/2 𝒌𝒈)Gotta praise the server for giving us a heads-up about the mussels not in the best season Still we couldn’t help to try their speciality. The mussels come with fries and sour dough, with the latter provided by BakehouseThe mussels are pack with umami and bouncy enough for us to overlook the petite size. Classic diced onion and tomato in light cream. Sauce is a bit watery, would be perfect if the sauce could linger on that crispy sourdough. A tablespoon of butter is probably the solution. The fries are sooooo average. The diner name “FRITES” took from the Belgium word for Fries tho🥲All you can eat mussels is available on every Monday at $255 and every mussels lovers shall not miss this feast.✨𝕊𝕥𝕖𝕒𝕜✨$316 𝑼𝑺𝑫𝑨 𝑺𝒕𝒓𝒊𝒑𝒍𝒐𝒊𝒏 300𝒈20% off is given to any kind of USDA grade steak during weekend. Ordered medium for doneness. The steak needs more glazing to for the crust to form. The doneness is on point but the meat itself is never a flavourful one. Apparently they are aware of the issue so it comes with a sauce of your choice. The peppercorn sauce recommended by the staff indeed elevates the dish. Some tendons remain but totally acceptable knowing that it is a strip-loin. Salads on the side is surprisingly good✨𝔻𝕖𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕣𝕥 ✨$125 𝑫𝒂𝒎𝒆 𝑩𝒍𝒂𝒏𝒄𝒉𝒆Apparently every group ordered the gigantic Waffle Bomb Alaska for celebration. Intimidated by the big portion, we ordered this classic Belgium dessert instead and it steals the show. Under the swirl of fluffy Chantilly cream, is a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped with Belgium molten chocolate. This hearty bowl of dessert is soul satisfying. We will come back for this lovely treatOverall the service is heartwarming, but the portion and quality doesn’t really match up to their pricing. Given there are plenty decent choices out there, this place could hardly come to my mind as a non-drinker. With various authentic Belgium Brews, I can see their appeals to beer lovers and they already made adjustments to cater guests’ craving by providing different all you can eat options during weekdays.
