Read my critic below written last Nov, you will know I highly recommend this cafe for the good food and nice table service. Hence, when my boyfriend's parents visited us this holiday, I just invited them to experience the exquisite cuisine in Sai Kung. Read my critic below written last Nov, you will know I highly recommend this cafe for the good food and nice table service. Hence, when my boyfriend's parents visited us this holiday, I just invited them to experience the exquisite cuisine in Sai Kung.

As a party of 4, we have ordered:

2 set dinner, with 20% discount, great bargain!

Norwegian salmon with salad: nice smoked salmon with lovely dressing for the salad;
cream of black truffle & wild mushroom: they just serve us in 4 half bowls instead of 2 full bowls, what a sweet act;
raw grilled US Angus rib eye steak: raw and chewy, i like the garnish especially ;
cheese cake: can be better as i was told by the connoisseur~

Parma ham with caesar salad: better taste than what I bought in Spain;
Premium pork chop with bone: unbelievable taste, so refined and lovely~
風乾火腿+挪威煙三文魚, 凱薩沙律的醬汁令人回味~

Besides, the boss BILLY recommended us to try

Fresh Crab from France, not frozen but FRESH, you can tell the difference from the usual big crab we eat elsewhere. The taste was so wonderful that all of us just could not stop scratching the inner part of the crab shell~ And the 12-year balsamic vinegar was so compatible to the crab meat~

Gillardeau Oyster: so big in size, so fresh in taste. My bf's daddy just could not resist it~

Truffle stuffed ravioli: the crispy shell with the juicy and soft stuffing, a very delicate appetizer~

Accompany with the house wine (both red and white) and the Tsing Tao beer, we had such a wonderful dinner feast with the reasonable price~
