ICHU specializes in Peruvian dishes. This is quite a unique find in Hong Kong. The dishes are exquisitely presented in a welcoming environment; and the ingredients are innovatively matched. This time I tried the weekday lunch menu, with hamachi tiradito as starter, which is fresh and a delightful yet creamy sauce. And the main chicken panca, is a baby chicken with taro chips. The baby chicken is tender yet with roasty skin. Mouthwatering!
