呢间餐厅系日式秘鲁菜行Fusion路线,一直都好想揾机会试吓,趁Restaurant Weeki lunch Menu真系好抵,试一试先 (restaurant week $198/pp)Xoxo Chicken🐔 好大份,标准嘅唐洋炸鸡,又脆又嫩滑,重点在于酱汁,用咗红椒蛋黄酱,味道甜甜辣辣,好食 Halibut Fillet比目鱼本身鱼肉都已经好嫩滑,但系用𠮶个牛油酱汁就比较油腻,食几啖已经有啲腻Tres Leches Cake都好食嘅,有唔同嘅层次有雪糕,芒果酱,海绵蛋糕糕,但系唔知系咪秘鲁色嘅海绵蛋糕会比较干身同硬,要浸淋佢同埋雪糕一齐食就比较好P.S 有个waitress 唔知点解全日黑口黑面,食完甜品就即刻递张单过嚟,真系好有香港式嘅效率

ICHU is located in the heart of Central, fusing Japanese and Peruvian cuisine to unite in a symphony of flavors. Here is where to head for the most exceptional brunch experiences in Hong Kong, whatever the interior, live band, food, and drinks, they were so good! I came here for its Fiesta Brunch, this menu includes 4 hours of free-flow beverages and 13 dishes! The brunch price is from $599 to $1298/pp, depending on which free-flow beverage package you want to have. I’m a wine lover so I picked the WINES & SPIRITS PACHAGE ($999). Starting off with some refreshing starters: Salmon Tiradito, Truffle Scallpos, and Mixto Ceviche. The standout was the Truffle Scallops. it had a very fruity and rich Yuzu flavor, 10/10! Also, the buttery flavor of raw salmon was so good too! By the way, this menu took me on a gastronomic adventure. The dishes were in small portions, so I didn’t need to stick to just one dish. The Peruvian Beef Stew Taco was seasoned with avocado mousse and chipotle. It will be a hit!For the mains, the Grilled Octopus, Tiger Prawns, and Argentinian Tenderloin were the highlights! The octopus was tender and tasty, especially when dipped in the sweet potato and yuzu puree. Tenderloin is perfectly cooked, tender, and juicy. All that great food was reasonably priced, for sure will be back in the future! Cheers!

Brunch有一系列既Starter, Mains, Sides 同Dessert Platter~食物种类非常丰富,亦好吸引。不过最正既系….四小时既wine and spirit FREE FLOW 🍾🍾当中包括红白酒同classic cocktail等等先嚟一份刺身拼盘🐟刺身非常鲜味,除左鲜甜既带子同三文鱼仲有非常开胃既Mixto Ceviche~前菜有烤鱼、炸鸡同Tacos 。炸鸡同烤鱼都非常juicy 而Tacos系猪x牛油果馅,呢个combo无得输啦😋上main course既时候其实都半饱..但系佢既八爪鱼🐙系多多都食得落个只!!非常嫩滑而且入哂味!!仲有弹牙既大虾😆同烤鸡牛扒💯💯最后嘅甜品系特色糕点同水果🍍我哋换咗去outdoor继续饮嘢,环境都好靓☺️‣ Wines & Spirits Package $999.
