An open fire dining restaurant with no electricity used to cook.I ordered the sour dough bread with smoked butter with leek ash, duck confit paella and ice cream for dessert.The sourdough was fantastic! Before being served, the sourdough was cooked in the brick oven to keep it warm and dry for the ideal crunchy texture. Matching it with the fresh smoked butter was the best I ever had.Highly recommend the duck confit paella and the ice cream, these were amazing!Staffs are nice and friendly. Highl
