Went to try the signature sea urchin fried rice on purpose today afternoon. Queued for around half an hour for a seat outside the restaurant which was expected. When I got a seat and going to order, found the menu was a bit overpriced. The sea urchin fried rice costs $110 per portion. And I waited for around one hour. The sea urchin was not especially tasty but acceptable. Next time I would like to try something else but not the sea urchin one.
