After doing spring cleaning for whole day today, we were already tired and hungry. We decided to pamper ourselves and have Japanese meal for dinner. 日本野 was located at Ginza Plaza, few minutes walk from Yau Ma Tei MTR.They served dinner set as well as ala carte menu. For a start, we ordered 5 kinds of sashimi platter. It consisted of salmon, hamachi, octopus, sweet prawn and hokkigai. The serving was considered huge and thick in slice. It was fresh and sweet, going well with the wasabi.
Japanese style grilled eel - We order a set, which consisted of rice, soft boiled egg, soup and drinks. Rice was fragrant and soft, and soil boiled egg was soft and smooth. Soup was flavourful as well. Grilled eel was juicy and soft, sweet as well as it was marinated with BBQ sauce.
Cheese rice cake - It was served hot, and was cheesy and chewy.
Peach sorbet - It was sweet and cold, with strong peach taste.
