Plenty of people have mentioned about Morton’s for its high quality steak.I finally had my chance to visit. Although we booked our table a month ago, when we arrived on time, we were told that our table wasn't ready yet and we had to wait at the bar table for 15 mins. I finally had my chance to visit. Although we booked our table a month ago, when we arrived on time, we were told that our table wasn't ready yet and we had to wait at the bar table for 15 mins.
We were arranged a window seat with
the stunning Victoria Harbour’s sea view.
The tables were quite packed and noisy in the restaurant.
We ordered seafood platter, steak, potato mash and crème brulee. All the portions were so huge that we two people could not finish them!
All the food were amazing and impressive as people described. There was nothing I could complain about the food.
Although the waitress serving my table was excellent, some of the waiters’ services (particularly the senior ones) were clearly below the
standard you would expect from a renowned restaurant. They were cocky when they served us and when we left the restaurant, they were just standing at the reception chatting and without even greeting us goodbye (even though they clearly saw us).
I would come visit again – hopefully they could put more effort in their services – which clearly matters one’s impression of a restaurant.
