I’m not a big fan of Japanese ramen person. Because I don’t like the heavy texture of the Pork Broth Ramen. However I do like to visit this Hokkaido based ramen restaurant. The speciality is their Shrimp Broth. Very nice Shrimp favour and doesn’t feel to filling. The diced BBQ pork is very juicy and tendor, perfect matched with the green onion and ginger tempura. Dumpling is also very delicious. It’s definitely my favourite choice for Ramen in HK. 🍜
