Went to have dinner with my parents and gf ytd night in this restaurant. We ordered a "siu lung bao", fried leen gou, "crab gou" crispy, and a fried duck. The siu lung bao is very very good, the skin is very thin and the meat in the middle is very soft and juicy and has lots of sauce in it too. The fried leen gou also is very very good, the leen gou is very chewy and has absorbed the sauce taste, many places hasnt got any taste at all. The siu lung bao is very very good, the skin is very thin and the meat in the middle is very soft and juicy and has lots of sauce in it too. The fried leen gou also is very very good, the leen gou is very chewy and has absorbed the sauce taste, many places hasnt got any taste at all. The beef slice is very soft and juicy too and has a strong taste of the sauce and this dish is not very oily at all, its acceptable. The "crab gou" crispy is very very good, the crispy sheet on the bottom is actually sth like cocopop but not much flavour at all, only using the crab gou on top to bring the taste. The crab gou texture is very thick and the taste is very rich very "gum heung". Very good when having with the crispy cocopop sheet, very good. The fried duck is also very very good, they serve with some skin, sth like peking duck for us to wrap with some oyster sauce. The duck meat is very soft and juicy and the skin is very crispy and not much fat under the skin too and when u wrap it with some oyster sauce it makes it taste even better. I like this dish more then pekin duck cos the meat is much more thicker and the taste is much stronger maybe its been deep fried. Must try must try.
