Not only is this place the best valued place for hand rolls in HK, but it's also really good quality. I ordered a salmon roe hand roll for only $25 and it was so plentiful and the salmon roe were big, firm and fresh. Although it was a really long queue and the wait time was long, you can walk around the many shops around the area and come back for this delicious hand roll!
