Best Roast Goose I've ever tasted

Went on Wed evening at around 6pm. A colleague who used to work around the area recommended this place to us. It's my first time in Hong Kong and I found the servers in this place to be quite friendly and pleasant. They told us there were no more roasted goose drumstick rice but we could order the lower quarter of the goose. I was like 'heh? you're saying you don't have drumstick rice but you can still serve the lower quarter that comes with the drumstick??' well anyway, we were quite hungry alr

The moment I bit into roasted goose, omg...I could feel the crispy skin crackling in my mouth and the meat was so tender
I have never tasted roasted goose this good before. Highly recommended! It's a bit pricey but I thought it was worth the money we pay. Had a very enjoyable dinner. Will be back!!!
