一乐烧鹅虽藏身中环窄巷,却凭酥脆驰名烧鹅的港式美食稳坐烧鹅界名店,多年来稳坐米芝莲光环。鹅皮油亮薄脆,咬下「咔嚓」作响,脂香迸发;肉质紧实多汁,腌料咸甜平衡,佐以特制酸梅酱更添层次。招牌濑粉HKD77,吸尽烧鹅精华,汤头清甜不腻,濑粉爽滑有嚼劲,可惜价格偏贵。店面逼仄,人潮不绝,拼桌用餐是常态,还有机会要求你进食途中更换位置呢。虽价格渐高,但水准依旧,米芝莲光环下仍保街坊风味。若嫌镛记太贵、甘牌太远,一乐无疑是解馋首选。 继续阅读

烧鹅髀濑粉$179+热奶茶$24=$203 - 难食又贵(觉得侍应写高价钱呃钱!). 收钱职员嘅态度差 - 同客讲嘢用粗口. 唔明点解咁多大陆同外国游客去食. 喺香港比佢哋好食嘅烧鹅餐厅好多.烧鹅髀濑粉 $179+热奶茶$24=$203 - 难吃又贵(觉得服务员写高价骗钱!). 收钱职员态度差 - 跟客人说话用粗口. 不懂为什么还那么多大陆游客去吃. 在香港比他们好吃的烧鹅餐厅很多.Roast goose thigh rice noodle soup $179 + hot milk tea $24 = $203 - unpalatable and expensive (I think the waiter wrote a high price to cheat!). The cashier had a bad attitude like triads - used foul language when talking to customers. I do not understand why so many mainland and overseas tourists continue to go there. There are many roast goose restaurants in Hong Kong that are much better than this one. 继续阅读

Our party of three lined up for 10 minutes to get in; not too bad for a much anticipated Michelin star food experience. But got yelled at on the way in by a grumpy hostess for not moving quickly enough through the narrow entrance way. Three strangers came in after us to share our table, which is not unusual for a busy popular place, but they were loudly yelled at when they unknowingly walked past their assigned table. We were all still looking forward to some great food, though. We each ordered the goose, for which Yat Lok is supposed to be famous, one with noodles, two with rice. The noodles were hard, undercooked, and way too salty. The roast goose was the most disappointing: my five bony pieces of goose had less than one mouthful of meat combined. Luckily, my pork was ok, but that was it. The drinks were all satisfactory, but that's not where the highlight of this restaurant should sit. We also felt pressured to order, eat, and leave as quickly as possible. Indeed, we were in and out in less than 20 minutes. For which we paid over $100 each. The other party of three on the same table stayed even shorter and were equally disappointed. 继续阅读

我人生第一次系呢到,终于见识倒咩叫做服务态度系要用’劣’黎形容。收钱果位年轻人(下图)既态度系同黑社会无差。埋单时我好礼貌咁问佢收唔收信用卡,然后佢好细声咁答,我完全听唔倒佢讲咩,所以我就礼貌地麻烦佢再讲多次,然后佢就不停骂我😂 最后仲好大声咁骂🤣 我谂成间餐厅都听倒。其实踏入呢间餐厅前,都冇期望过态度会好好,但我人生真系未遇过一个会随意大大声闹客人嘅服务生。除咗呢位年轻人外,其实其他侍应既服务态度都唔错!好友善。真心希望其他客人唔会再遇倒呢位年轻人。This is the first time in my life I've experienced what it means to describe service attitude as “horrifying”. The young person handling the payment (pictured below) had an attitude no different from that of a gangster (might be an actual gang member?)When I was paying the bill, I politely asked if they accepted credit cards. He responded in such a low voice that I couldn't hear him at all, so I politely asked him to repeat himself. Then, he started scolding me😂, and eventually shouted at me🤣. I think the whole restaurant could hear him. Never have I ever encountered such human being in general.Apart from this young person, the service attitude of the other waiters was actually quite good! 非常不愉快既食饭经验🥲🥲🥲地下油淋淋😫唔知几耐冇拖地。坐位比较迫,不过明白好多餐厅都系咁其实一个烧鹅切鸡双拼濑粉$70,都唔算平,但唔要求,佢永远都唔会俾姜蓉同埋酸梅酱叫佢俾姜蓉同酸梅酱,又话我唔系食饭系食面,落咗啲酱都会冇味🥴🥴🥴一大堆理由,只系因为唔想俾烧鹅同埋白切鸡嘅酱我食物份量又少,我系女仔都食唔饱味道唔系特别出色,唔知点解会系米芝莲🤨加埋啲姐姐黑面,态度又差🙁🙁以后唔会再去食☹️ 继续阅读
