Honestly Nagahama No. 1 has become sort of my comfort food for rainy days, this gloomy week needed some good tonkotsu soup and hard noodles!As always I picked a hard texture for my noodles, I prefer to not have gooey ones you see. The ramen took a little longer than usual, around 15 minutes after I sat down I finally got a sip of that beautiful soup. Eggs are always executed to perfection, the yolk is never overdone and it is flavourful. Another reason why I think $100 for a ramen is a good deal here at Nagahama No. 1.
Only thing though was that the waiting time really was a bit too long, hopefully it's just a one-time thing.
Drank all the soup, so that's always a great sign.
