I enjoyed every single dish on the black series menu, even the beef tartare despite the fact that I don’t eat raw beef! The caramel butter corn was as good as usual! There were 2 other dishes that I particularly enjoyed - the Hamachi collar and the snow crab yaki udon! The sour apple sauce matched perfectly with the oily Hamachi, creating

I enjoyed every single dish on the black series menu, even the beef tartare despite the fact that I don’t eat raw beef! The caramel butter corn was as good as usual! There were 2 other dishes that I particularly enjoyed - the Hamachi collar and the snow crab yaki udon! The sour apple sauce matched perfectly with the oily Hamachi, creating a scrumptious balance and made the dish very appetising, while the yaki udon was full of snow crab flavour! Each bite was like HEAVEN with all the crab meat!
P.S. Black Series has extended for another week, all you need to do is book online to grab all these bargains!
