it is my first time to write a English food review! Yesterday me and my friends came here and have yummy dumplings! We tried a lot of dishes, and my favorite one is the ShangHai Won Ton (Chinese cabbage with pork) =P It is not as heavy as the Beijing Dumpling (leeks and pork). What amused me most is the dumpling wrapper. It is rich in texture, and sure you would know it is hand made when you try it =] That's rare in HK~! For the noddles, the "noddle serve with mixed sauce" (混醬麵) is incredible!

For the noddles, the "noddle serve with mixed sauce" (混醬麵) is incredible! Very Beijing style meat sauce, and the noddle is "al dente"
Another suggested cuisine would be the Beijing Pie. Freshly made, hot and juicy, I dun think anyone would say NO to such a dish~ And it would be just right to be a take-away snack
Last by not least, the services here is just wonderful =] shall have a try~
