It took 1 week in advance to get table for this restaurant and it was totally worth it. went in with 4 people, so we didn't order much. We ordered the most famous chicken maw pot. The taste was of the soup was absolutely incredible, extremely flavorable.  the Chicken was the shredded by the waitress as dug in and the meat just came off the bone like butter, as the meat was super tender and juicy, filled with a mixture of the strong taste of the soup. By now we also had a taste of the Maw and OMG the maw was soaked with the chicken broth and was so soft and tender that was just delicious. 
Also another highlight of the dish we thought is a must try is the cheese filled beef meatballs.

The beef was grounded and tasted fresh. not very chewy but the beef ball was quite bouncy. The interior cheese exploded once bitten and was kept like larva that rushed right out of the beef. The mixture of both taste was extrodinary! The beef had a very strong salty taste which outstands the cheese, as the cheese was more mellow in taste but the texture was very good.

We each shared the cost around $280-300 per head, though we didn't order much, it is quite expensive for the quantity we had, but in balance of the quality of the food, I think it's worth it.

Will definitely recommend to all HK people who crave for our old school local restaurants and taste.
