After a long cycling trip all the way from Tai zoo, I opted for a icy artisan coffee. I loved the orange accent and the delightful aroma of the cloves was such a warm festive scent that the drink gave me Christmas vibes despite being a cold drink 😍 The light foam on the top was also a great touch and gave it a beautiful creamy texture👍🏻

We opted for the fish, which laid atop a bed of grilled tomatoes topped with anchovies and a few touches of pesto. My favourite part was the almost translucent fish and clam stock added at the very end, that sweet briny flavour was truly the quintessential of the dish!

I was blown away by the chicken though! Extremely generous portion size and the chicken was impeccably cooked! Incredibly tender and juicy, and I absolutely loved the sauce, which was sort of like a grape reduction. It complemented the chicken beautifully!

Both dishes came with their homemade bread as well, so don’t worry about any of that delightful sauce going to waste😉
