I can't judge the Banh Mi's authencity, as I have not been to Vietnam yet. The bread is crusty/ powdery (specially made for sandwich) with spices (not spicy) always make me cough from my first bite. There are 2 deli meat used in the sandwich which is made by the owner himself whilst the Vietnamese sausage was brought from outside. The sandwich is reheated in oven before the fillings are put it.The sandwich is very flavourful, with the fresh crusty bread. Some of the meat is slightly fatty to add

The sandwich is very flavourful, with the fresh crusty bread. Some of the meat is slightly fatty to add that extra flavour with pickled carrots and some other stuff.
Beats Subway anyday, but it would have been better if there was a bit of salad in it.
