It was a quick lunch. I ordered the lunch set which chinese uni students are given a discount. I'm not.it was terrible.the rice was over cooked and tasteless, worst rice i ever had in any restaurant in hk. rice i had in coral and fairwood is way better that that.the soup...doesn't taste much, the pork in it is really hard to chew, and just tasteless.the soybean pork is overly salty and a bit bitter. very bad.the vegetable tung choi was bad, too old to chew.first try of Maxim.
