We visited “Lucky Desert” after dinner in Sham Tseng at around 9.30pm and were hugely let down by a poorly stocked kitchen.It literally seemed like over 50% of the menu wasn’t available. When we asked staff questions about the ingredients, we were faced with harsh and impolite service. The food was also mediocre. Our second dish, the Glutinous dumplings with sugar and nuts, was quite nice and as expected. It is very difficult to get this simple dish wrong!
