This is indeed my very first tangbao experience. This crab and pork meat soup dumpling was recommended by the documentary "A Bite of China". I've always so tempted to try but when I was working in Shanghai last month, I never got a chance to try it. I've always so tempted to try but when I was working in Shanghai last month, I never got a chance to try it. And now we don't have to go all the way to the North for this authentic taste.

I was in Mong Kok earlier today and was tempted to try out the famous tangbao. There was line up in front of the store waiting for their orders. It took them 10minutes to steam the xiaolongbao and tangbao. And there were signs telling the customers that everyone has to wait but I hope they could make a better adjustment on that! Good mood then good food you know.. They go together.

The outlook of the steam crab and port soup dumpling didn't disappoint me. It is huge as it's promised. And it's hottttttt! First, I used the straw to drink the soup. The dough releases the delicious broth, and just when you feel as if you will melt from the deliciousness of it. Having been softened by the broth, you can decisively snap through the contrast of the yummy filling, which has a reassuring substance. It just didn't disappoint me at all!

I was so full after the tangbao, so I took the xiaolongbao home. They're just as juicy and as tasty. I surely will come back again and hopefully next time I will see them opening a branch with seats!
