This is indeed my very first tangbao experience. This crab and pork meat soup dumpling was recommended by the documentary "A Bite of China". I've always so tempted to try but when I was working in Shanghai last month, I never got a chance to try it. I was in Mong Kok earlier today and was tempted to try out the famous tangbao. There was line up in front of the store waiting for their orders. It took them 10minutes to steam the xiaolongbao and tangbao. And there were signs telling the customers that everyone has to wait but I hope they could make a better adjustment on that! Good mood then good food you know.. They go together.
