I guess nobody could resist a plate of crispy and roasty Peking duck. Not only is the peking duck at Zither Garden so outstanding, but also its other Chinese style dishes! My favourite was the crispy eel. So crunchy and full of sesame aroma 😍 Another thing that surprised me was the rose lychee tea. Chinese restaurants don’t often provide floral/ fruit teas without having to add extra $. Unfortunately, the arrangement of seats was a bit weird because of social distancing. 呢度嘅北京填鴨真係好正宗，同埋脆得來又唔會油膩。脆鱔都好值得一試😍😍😍 好香芝麻味。黑醋骨都唔錯，開胃得黎又唔會太酸。最驚喜嘅係佢有得揀玫瑰荔枝茶，喺其他中菜廳好少見。不足之處係社交距離令到座位安排有啲奇怪，d位有啲迫。不過其他嘢都好滿意了❣️

烤北京填鴨 (半隻) Peking Duck (Half) $185
The skin won’t be too fat. Sliced with a size just right and melts lightly in your mouth. Really authentic Peking Duck but Beijing chef.

Since honey is added as well, the ribs won’t be too sour. Very appetising!

Average xlb. Skin could be thinner. Wish they have another option with a small serving size.

古琴鴨肉炒飯 Zither Garden fried rice w/ duck $89
Decent price so didn’t expect much from it. Just another average fried rice which goes well with the dishes we have ordered. Flavours won’t be so strong or savoury which is quite a good thing!
