Before heading back home, I decided to have a quick dinner first. Ever since the outbreak started, I tried to drink soup more often. Seeing that Yee Siu Kitchen served soup, I decided to give it a try. It was located at Hung To Centre, few minutes walk from Ngau Tau Kok MTR.Their menu was simple, serving soup, shredded chicken rice, claypot rice, soup noodle and drink etc. Soy milk was served cool, and was smooth and sweet. Soy milk was served cool, and was smooth and sweet. It has strong soy bean taste.
Cordyceps flower and chicken soup - It was nourishing, with steamed chicken, longan and cordyceps flower in it. The soup was clear, slightly oily though.
Ginger and green onion shredded chicken - It was served with steamed rice and vegetables. Shredded chicken was smooth and chewy, with the ginger and onion helping to enhance the flavour.
