It’s our first time celebrating our wedding anniversary at this place and it was more value than expected. Staffs were tentative and I like the way they come over and introduce their range of steaks with a sample of each, so you know exactly what you’re ordering. For entree, we only ordered an onion soup (to leave more room for our 24oz steak). Appreciate that they offered to split the soup into for us. Onion soup had the traditional taste, with cheese and bread.
For mains, we ordered the sea bass and a 24oz porterhouse steak. The sea bass was a surprise with lots of crab meat! All fresh and tender. Steak was perfectly made to medium-well which I like. Tender with a bit of chargrill. Side dish of sautéed spinach and mushrooms were well seasoned.
As we were struggling whether we should order a soufflé (cos we were quite full already), the staff told us our soufflé is on its way~ what a surprise and solved our problem!
We didn’t do any research before we booked the restaurant. So it became a surprised when we receive a complimentary soufflé and a framed photo with the staffs greeting.
