To anyone considering their free flow offers: be careful of the traps! This experience was far from what was advertised, and I left feeling ripped off. Here is my experience last night. After seeing their promotional video on social media, which highlighted their "free flow fries" and "90mins free flow wine" offer. We booked a table for 8:30 PM and were informed that the table would only be held for 15 minutes. (So far everything is fine)
Upon arriving, we started ordering food around 8:40 PM. The waiter "kindly" reminded us that the last order was at 8:50 PM and that we needed to order 4 main courses for the free flow fries since we have 4 people. We agreed, eager to enjoy the fries.
The food was ok, but we were only served two small bowls of fries (which is okay, we were excited for the next round of fries hooray!). After quickly finishing the first round, we wanted to order another fries, only to be told it was too late as it was past the last order. We were frustrated to know that the free flow fries fell under the same last order rule, which we were not "kindly" informed about. Had we known, we would have ordered fewer main courses and opted for regular fries.
Here come to the free flow wines, we received our first glass around 8:45 PM, but when we asked for another round at 10:03 PM, we were told it was already over. Oh! And they were really "sweet"—they poured us smaller amounts of wine just in case we got drunk! The wine itself was disappointing—sour and watered-down, lacking any real flavor.
Guys, we spent 2000 HKD there, so don’t blame us for wanting to get a bargain!
對於考慮佢哋嘅無限暢飲優惠嘅朋友：小心啲！今次體驗遠遠唔係佢哋宣傳噉好，我走嘅時候覺得俾人呃。真係唔推薦呢間餐廳。
呢個係我昨晚嘅經歷。睇咗佢哋喺社交媒體網站上宣傳嘅「無限暢飲薯條」同「90mins無限暢飲葡萄酒」後，我哋預定咗8:30嘅桌子，仲話只會留15分鐘。（到而家為止都冇問題）
到咗之後，我哋喺8:40左右開始點餐。Waiter「好心」咁提醒我哋最後點單係8:50，要我哋四個人點4道主菜先可以享受無限薯條。我哋聽到都開心，期待住食薯條。
食物還ok，但只俾咗兩碗細薯條（都冇所謂，因為我哋期待下一輪薯條！）。食完第一輪後，我哋想再要一份，結果話已經太遲，因為過咗最後點單時間。聽到呢個我哋好失望，因為無限薯條都要遵守最後點單規則，而我哋完全冇被「好心」通知。如果早知，我哋會點少啲主菜，選普通薯條。
講返無限葡萄酒，我哋8:45左右收到第一杯，但當我哋10:03想再要一輪時，話已經唔可以。哦！佢哋真係好「貼心」——俾我哋越來越少酒，怕我哋醉！葡萄酒真係好失望——酸酸地，水水地，冇任何真正味道。
Guys，我哋喺度花咗2000港幣，所以唔好怪我哋想占便宜！
