If the only thing you knew about Beef & Liberty was that it's a burger joint, walking in to their new LKF location might make you wonder if you got off on the right floor. The interior is GORGEOUS and takes "hipster American diner" to a whole new level. I tried their pepper burger, which is a beef patty seasoned with black pepper, cheese, and rocket. Though it sounds spicy, it wasn't at all. I liked the taste, but still prefer their bacon cheeseburger.
What I love about this spot is their attention to detail. They use high quality condiments (you won't find your typical Heinz bottles here; instead their ketchup is by Wilkin & Sons.) Every table had a "B" engraved on it- fancy!
Good food and great ambiance in LKF- I'd be happy to make many returns.
