this Ippudo has a lot more selections than the NYC ippudo. The deep fried egg - it's quite oily. there is bacon wrapped outside the egg with fried dough. I think it's not that good.The cha shiu bun roasted -i prefer the one with steamed bun instead. the flavor is not enough either.Black garlic black fungus ramen - this one is very flavorful and very good. I highly recommend it. one of the best ramens i've ever tried. The service is quite good and not a lot of people waiting.
