Sheraton is one of my favourite place for dinner with food qualiy assurance all the timeThey are holding a taste of France as theme between July 14-31, 2012,For Seafood on ICeThey are serving Fine de Claire N3. Quality varies most are creamy and fresh. Although I prefer salty type but generally outstanding if you are considering having oyster in buffet setttingFor Japanese Counter,A bit disappointed for quantity they are placing on our plate. For Ebi, at most they will give you 3-4 at one go....

For Japanese Counter,
A bit disappointed for quantity they are placing on our plate. For Ebi, at most they will give you 3-4 at one go....
Sushi are fair and fresh
For appetizer and salads,
Hm, if you want to try something special you should try the country pate with bread, other standard crab leg, sald are generallly satisfactory
For Cheeses
not much variety but with Brie cheese
Soups
Not good as I duck soup is not good... I saw nearly untouched during whole night
Hot dishes
Very common and no surpise...
Fish is overcooked last night and others are non-outstanding
Except the Poulet De bresse from the Rotisserie. The meat is surpisingly tender for roasted chicken... I had refill for at least 5 times.
Dessert
Always spot of different buffet for the CAFE
Haagen Dazs Icecream... assorted cakes, mousse and pudding...
I think girls will definitely love this more than the hot dishes.
