The risotto was very flavourful with thick and rich lobster bisque coating on each grain. The red prawns were perfectly executed, tender and succulent.

It is always the perfect ending with a sweet treat! A playful sweet and sour combination with Jasmine Mousse, Bergamot Sherbet and Homade Fruit Soft Candy. All the ingredients were in different textures that gave out its unique flavour.
