Through an unexpected conversation, my friend told me that there is a nice restaurant at Kai Tak Cruise Terminal. Since we were free today, my wife and I decided to dine there as we have never been to there before. My Harbour was located at the roof garden of the cruise terminal, overlooking the harbour line of Hong Kong. For their dinner, they served dinner set, offering few choices for their main course. Boston lobster garden salad - Their salad was fresh and crunchy, and lobster was juicy and chewy too. It was appetizing for a starter.
Lobster bisque - The soup was thick in texture, and rich in lobster taste. The bread was toasted till soft and crispy, going well with the soup.
Grilled beef tenderloin steak with boston lobster - We requested for 50% raw for the beef, and was grilled till charred and juicy. BBQ sauce goes well with the beef and fries was fried till soft and crispy. Lobster was fresh and chewy too. Asparagus and mixed mushroom complimented well with the main dish.
Lamb chop with boston lobster in mustard sauce - Lamb chop was juicy and chewy too, with no after-taste. Mashed potato was very soft and smooth as well.
Iced lemon tea was sweet and refreshing, with sugar syrup provided separately for us to add to.
Dessert were presented nicely, with 4 different flavours provided. From the left were white chocolate, lychee, strawberry and honeydew flavour. They were sweet and creamy, ending it well.
