Ran across this place on their sixth day open and tried the unagi over rice and signature ramen. The unagi was perfectly roasted with just the right amount of sauce to highlight the freshness of the eel. The ramen broth was light and flavorful, but not too heavy. The ramen is served with chicken breast and sliced pork which complements the broth perfectly. A must try!
