Tsukiji Japanese Restaurant (築地日本料理) is a hidden Japanese Restaurant located at on the 7th floor of Island Beverley Building. The building also offers different cuisine. However, this restaurant particularly standout. Therefore, I went pay a visit to this restaurant. The interior was nice and simple and the seats were comfortable. Food is to be ordered via apps and I didn’t have to wait for too long as it wasn’t too many people during the time of my visit. I ordered several items from the menu
sushi and sashimi rice were really fresh. You can taste the original sweetness of the fish and the shellfish which was great as not many restaurants offer that original flavour. The grilled chicken wings were also great. They were grilled at perfected timing. The juiced was locked inside the chicken wings. It was not salty at all in comparison with
other grill restaurants. Overall, my experience was great with this restaurant. It met my expectation and I highly
recommend anyone that are also interested in finding a good Japanese restaurant in Causeway Bay.
