We (a group of 5) visited this place yesterday evening and we agreed with most of the comments about this restaurant.The attendants were all attentive and accomodating. The deco is interesting and the environment is cozy. It was quite noisy though but acceptable – I had to concede that we did make quite 'some' noise too bcx it was a really happy dinner gathering ma : PWe brought along 3 bottles of wine and they did not charge for corkage. We then tried the 36 months ham, fried frog legs and煎鵝肝. The former two were so so la while the latter was delicious and we ordered one extra dish ^_^
The free passion fruit 雪芭 was a nice surprise, quite refreshing indeed.
For the main course, the M5 steak (medium) was beefy, tender and juice but the duck breast and ox tail pasta were rather average.
Dessert seemed the weaker part as the 心太軟朱古力 could have been more soft and the 火焰雪山 was only average.
All in all, it is a hidden gem in Causeway that offers quite good food at reasonable price.
